Throughout his career he has managed a diverse range of high-value Property Law matters - orchestrating complex leasing deals, spearheading property developments and facilitating the acquisition of iconic commercial landmarks.
Gregory particularly specialises in commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, commercial property, property disputes, property development, and strata title. However, his proficiency extends far beyond property, encompassing a broad spectrum of legal domains, as noted above. In the practice of Commercial & Corporate law, Gregory has consistently demonstrated his expertise in handling business contracts, agreements, and advice, business and share transactions, business structures and asset protection, company secretarial services, directors' responsibilities, franchising, intellectual property, and brand protection, PPSA and PPSR, and indirect taxation advice.
