Lee has been involved in some of New South Lawyers’ most prolific and complex matters, including a number of multimillion-dollar building and construction disputes and complex civil litigation disputes. As part of the New South Lawyers’ Litigation team, Lee has been able to achieve a number of successful outcomes for his clients - obtaining favourable results in NCAT, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Lee’s other notable successes include achieving a good outcome in an application brought for a Community Treatment Order in the Mental Health Review Tribunal, as well as providing advice on defamation and complaints made within the Health Care Complaints Commission. After returning from a remote stint in Japan, where he served as New South Lawyers’ primary contact for matters based in Asia Lee continues to bring his best work to the team.
