Scott has cemented himself as an invaluable member of the New South Lawyer’s Litigation team, bringing with him a thorough knowledge of technical legal concepts, coupled with compassion for clients. Having travelled extensively, served in the army, and practiced in both NSW and the ACT (as an in-house solicitor) Scott’s strengths are centred around contractual dealings - with experience in Government matters. He is also skilled in building law and defective work matters for NCAT. Scott considers his biggest career achievement to date the ongoing satisfaction he gets from securing a favourable outcome for his clients, and he lives and works with the aim of being “practical, expedient, and cost-effective.
